Bull Moose Club DSM ("we," "us," or "the club") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We use your information solely to operate the club — sending the event invitations, reminders, updates, and announcements you opted into, managing your membership, and responding to you. We do not use it for any unrelated purpose.
If you provide your mobile number and check our SMS consent box, you will receive recurring automated text messages from Bull Moose Club DSM about events, reminders, and club updates at the number provided.
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We use trusted service providers (for example, our messaging provider and database host) strictly to deliver our own communications on our behalf, and they may not use your information for any other purpose.
If you opt in to email, we send club news and event announcements. Every email includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address; use the link to stop emails at any time.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and limit access to it to those who need it to run the club.
We keep your information only as long as we need it: contact details for as long as you are involved with the club or until you ask us to remove them; consent and opt-out records for as long as needed to honor your choices and demonstrate compliance; and financial records for the period required by law. You may ask us to review or delete your information at any time, and we will do so within 30 days — except where we must keep a record to honor an opt-out or meet a legal obligation. This policy is reviewed at least once a year.
